The experience I share
A good operations foundation is a success factor to scale up as you need to keep your business running and reduce risks to make it successful. I continue gathering all of my learnings from different food start-ups to develop a guideline how to build a food start-up with a focus on operations and supply-chain management, but also with structures, tools and ideas to facilitate more reliable and efficient processes for the other departments. Once this complete “playbook” is ready, I will be able to share written tips in addition to the experience on my mind.
