    1) Have a clear purpose & values

    • Find and define your organization‘s purpose based on Simon Sinek‘s Golden Circle: „WHY“ the organization is existing.

    • Create a gross strategy „HOW“ to work on the „WHY“ .

    • Summarize „WHAT“ the organization is currently working on – which products and services it is offering.

    • Decide your organization‘s values with your team to have „guardrails“ to keep you on the right track towards your WHY.

      Output: „WHY“ = Purpose and values

  • Analyze & focus on effective levers

    2) Analyze & focus on effective levers

    • Brainstorm potential impact levers considering your gross strategy.

    • Analyze quantitatively how effective these impact levers could be.

    • Check these impact levers if they are the right thing to do in the long-term

    • Summarize the organization’s strategy with the right effective levers

      Output: „HOW“ = The most effective levers that are the right thing to do (your strategy)

  • Fitting products & goals

    3) Use fitting products & goals

    • Find first approaches to work on the effective levers based on your core competencies.

    • Conceptualize products / services and projects to work on the effective levers.

    • Create OKRs to set and track your targets, and create a clear plan with single steps to work on.

      Output: „WHAT“ = Products / services and concrete objectives to work on
